Royal Society of St George (Swale Branch) 40th Celebration.
The Swale Branch of the Royal Society of St. George recently celebrated its 40th birthday. This was celebrated at The Woodstock Club on Friday 3rd November. Three members of the original group attended the celebration they were Mike Smith, Dale Howting and Edna Spice. Edna Spice provided memorabilia, and this was displayed at the party. A delicious buffet was served at the Woodstock Club and entertainment was provided by the Criterion Strummers. The photograph shows the cutting of the cake by the Mayor Cllr. Sarah Stephen, Vice President Mr. Philip Spice, and the Chairman the Honourable Alderman Susan Gent.
