TRAFALGAR DINNER
MONDAY 21st OCTOBER 2024
HYDRO HOTEL EASTBOURNE
Our branch commemoration of the Trafalgar Day is being held on
Monday 21st October 2024 7pm for 7.30pm at the
Hydro Hotel, Mount Rd, Eastbourne BN20 7HZ.
Dress for Gentlemen is black tie (& miniature medals) and for ladies as appropriate.
The three-course dinner cost £37.00 per person
STARTERS:
A- Twice Baked Cheese Souffle
B- Smoked Haddock & Pea Frittata (g/f)
C- Duck Liver & Port Parfait
D- White Onion, Beef & Thyme Soup
MAINS:
E - Ballotine of Chicken with Pork & Apricots (g/f)
F - Sirloin of Beef, Dauphinoise Potato & Spinach (g/f)
G - Cod Loin, Clam Chowder Sauce (g/f)
H - Slow Roasted Pork Belly

OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY (ROYAL CHARTER)
- – To foster the love of England and to strengthen England and the Commonwealth by spreading the knowledge of English history, traditions and ideals.

- – To further English interests everywhere, to ensure that St George’s Day is properly celebrated and to provide focal points all the World over where English men and women may gather together.
