EVENTS GALLERY

The Leeds Branch of the Royal Society of St George held a Battle of Britain Fundraiser Night at Morley Cricket Club on 11 September 2026

Guests dressed up in 1940's and wartime attire to attend the venue, which was transformed by decor into a wartime village hall. 

All evening the attendees were treated to a range of nostalgic entertainment, including music, singing, dancing, Dambusters bingo, a Spitfire Sweepstake, a wartime quiz, a town crier, supper rations, an air raid raffle, and a retro wartime piano singalong, finished off with a rendition of 'We'll Meet Again'.

A great time was had by all, and funds were raised towards next year's Morley St George's Parade.
