This year, the Royal Society of St. George are celebrating its 130th Anniversary, having been formed by Howard Ruff and Harry Christmas in 1894. In 1902 King Edward VII granted the Society the right to use the prefix “Royal” and, in 1963, Queen Elizabeth II granted the Society it’s Royal Charter.
To celebrate this special anniversary the Society is holding an Anniversary Charity Banquet at the magnificent Stationers’ Hall on 12th July 2024. The Hall dates back to 1673, so a wonderful setting for this special occasion.
Fare
The fare will consist of a sparkling wine reception with canapés, a 3 course meal with wine followed by coffee with petit fours and port.
The reception will start at 18:30, for dinner at 19:00. Carriages at 22:30.
Dress Code:
Black tie/uniform. Medals may be worn.
