Steven Spurrier Dorset Crémant Tasting and Dinner
The Royal Society of St. George Paris Branch organised a hugely successful English wine tasting in Paris on Saturday night despite the riots and demonstrations from jealous French winemakers!
World famous wine expert Steven Spurrier told us the story of his Dorset Crémant - a delicious white wine that is 30% less sparkling than Champagne - and allowed us a sneak preview of his latest vintage. Extraordinary ! The tasting was followed by dinner for thirty of our members, with all catering managed by our committee.
Besides Carol Singing, our next event will be the President's Cocktail at the prestigious École Militaire in January to which you are, of course, all welcome.
