This year, the Royal Society of St. George are celebrating its 130th Anniversary, having been formed by Howard Ruff and Harry Christmas in 1894.

In 1902 King Edward VII granted the Society the right to use the prefix “Royal” and in 1963 Queen Elizabeth II granted the Society it’s Royal Charter. This year HM King Charles III accepted the role of Patron to the Society.

To celebrate this special anniversary the Society is holding an Anniversary Charity Banquet at the magnificent Stationers’ Hall on 12th July 2024. The Hall dates back to 1673, so a wonderful setting for this special occasion.
